How do I book an appointment to speak to someone about my assignment?
Answer
Support with academic skills and maths/stats can be booked through Advice Zone Online, or by visiting your Campus Advice Zone and speaking to a member of staff. You must book an appointment to speak to a Learner Development Specialist about your academic work.
Please note that we are not a proof reading service and will only provide constructive feedback on assignments, including the clarity and quality of your writing. Use the Academic Skills chatbot to ask questions or access information about the Learner Development Service (formerly known as Study Skills) and the resources available.
Queries submitted between Monday and Friday, 09:00 – 16:30 (excluding bank holidays and university closure days) will be monitored by Learner Development Specialists.
Outside of these hours, any queries requiring input from a Learner Development Specialist will be responded to on the next working day after 09:00.
