Can the Disability Service help me with my coursework?
Answer
Students who are registered with the Disability Service may be eligible for additional support. This involves working on a one-to-one basis with a Specialist Study Skills Tutor (as part of the Learner Development Service) on aspects of your coursework, for example, essays, projects, dissertations and presentations. It is worth getting in touch with a Disability Adviser to ask whether you are eligible to receive support from a Specialist Study Skills Tutor if you have a declared disability.
The Learner Development Service can also provide some useful study tips and strategies accessible from their website or if you prefer to speak to someone regarding your work you can book a 1-2-1 appointment with a Learner Development Specialist.
