For help with referencing, you can either book a one-to-one Study Skills appointment, or join an online Harvard Referencing skills webinar. Available appointments and scheduled webinars can be found on Advice Zone Online.

Use the Academic Skills chatbot to ask questions or access information about the Learner Development Service (formerly known as Study Skills) and the resources available. 

Queries submitted between Monday and Friday, 09:00 – 16:30 (excluding bank holidays and university closure days) will be monitored by Learner Development Specialists.
