  1. The library chat is super fast and super convenient; staff are very helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this as the best way to answer queries when studying at home.

Use our chat to get help with library services and resources.  Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30 (excluding bank holidays) you will be answered by USW library staff.    

Outside of the USW staffed hours any chats, which cannot be answered immediately will be referred on to be answered the next weekday after 09:00.
