How do I renew my books?
Answer
Books are automatically renewed unless someone else requests them. Please keep an eye on your USW email and/or library account to see if your items have been requested by another borrower. If they are not requested then keep them for as long as you need and please bring them back when you have finished using them.

Use our chat to get help with library services and resources. Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30 (excluding bank holidays) you will be answered by USW library staff.
Outside of the USW staffed hours any chats, which cannot be answered immediately will be referred on to be answered the next weekday after 09:00.
