IT Account Access and Amendments | University of South Wales

Your university email takes the form of your student number@students.southwales.ac.uk e.g. 12345678@students.southwales.ac.uk

If you are unable to set up your IT account you will need to contact IT directly

Use our 24/7 chat to get help with library services and resources.  Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30 (excluding bank holidays) you will be answered by USW library staff.    

Outside of the USW staffed hours any chats, which cannot be answered immediately will be referred on to be answered the next weekday after 09:00.
